3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. Wesson or other oil
3 c. peeled and chopped apples
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
Nuts (if desired)

Mix dry ingredients together, then combine the rest. Bake at 325 degrees for 45-60 minutes.
