MIXED VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. frozen vegetables (carrots, broccoli and cauliflower)
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cut in cubes
1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained
1 can mushroom soup

Mix and put in casserole dish; cook at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until bubbly. Top with Durkees French Fried onions and return to oven for 10 minutes.
