ENCHILADA CASSEROLE 
1 lb. hamburger meat
1 onion
1 can enchilada sauce, mild
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
8 oz. cheddar cheese (grated)
1 pkg. corn tortillas, cut in quarters

Brown hamburger meat and onions. Drain. Mix enchilada sauce, soups, and meat. Layer tortillas in bottom of casserole dish. Pour meat sauce on tortillas. Top with cheese. Repeat. Bake a 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
