MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lb. ground meat
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can enchilada sauce
1 can evaporated milk
1 sm. can green chilies
1 (7 oz.) pkg. Doritos
3 c. grated cheddar cheese

Brown meat; drain. Add and mix next 5 ingredients. In a large casserole dish, place a layer of crushed Doritos, a layer of meat mixture and layer of grated cheddar. Repeat layers. Bake until cheese is bubbly at 350 degrees.
