MEXICAN CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
6 chicken breasts, boiled
1 lg. taco Doritos
1 1/4 c. chicken broth
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. chopped green peppers
3/4 c. chopped onions
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tbsp. chili powder

Remove skin from chicken and debone. Dice into fairly large pieces. Put aside in bowl. Put Doritos in bowl and pour chicken broth over them. Let stand for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Grease large casserole dish. Put in casserole by layers, 1/3 Doritos, 1/2 green peppers, 1/2 onions, 1/2 chicken, and 1/3 cheese, ending up with Doritos on top. Mix together 2 cans cream of chicken soup, can Rotel tomatoes, garlic salt, and chili powder; pour over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining cheese after taking out of oven.
