SPINACH CASSEROLE 
3 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, fresh if available
1 med. onion, chopped
1/4 c. butter
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
Buttered bread crumbs
Parmesan cheese

Cook spinach and drain well. Saute onion in butter; add spinach and season with salt and pepper.

Mix together Worcestershire sauce and soup. Combine with the spinach and place in a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Sprinkle top with bread crumbs and cheese. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
