SPINACH CASSEROLE 
1 (10 oz.) bag fresh spinach
3 eggs
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cottage cheese
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
2 tbsp. flour
1/8 tsp. salt
1/4 lb. butter, melted

Cook spinach 5 minutes. Drain completely; set to one side. Beat eggs, cottage cheese, flour, Cheddar cheese and salt. Add melted butter to cheese mixture and mix well. Add cooked spinach to above mixture and place in buttered 9-inch baking dish. Bake in 350 degree oven for 40-45 minutes. Set 15 minutes before cutting.
