ZUCCHINI CASSEROLE 
1 med. to lg. zucchini
Flour for dipping
Tomato sauce with tomato
Monterey Jack cheese, grated
White sauce
Grated Parmesan cheese
butter for saute
Basil
Onion
Garlic

Split zucchini lengthwise. Dip in flour and saute in butter. Alternate layers of sauteed zucchini with tomato sauce and lots of grated Monterey Jack cheese. Make 2 layers of each. Top with layer of white sauce and Parmesan cheese.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
