HAMBURGER AND CABBAGE CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. ground beef
Head of cabbage
1 stick butter
2 c. cheddar cheese
16 oz. French onion dip
Salt & Pepper

Brown meat; drain. Chop cabbage into large sections and lay on top of meat in skillet. Add butter. Cover; steam until cabbage is tender.

In a crockpot make layers of hamburger, cabbage, cheese and dip. Cook on low for 5 hours or in a 9"x13" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes.
