EASY PIE CRUST 
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup vegetable shortening (Crisco)
4 tbsp. warm water

Blend all ingredients with a pastry blender just until mixed. Roll out onto well floured surface with rolling pin.

Makes 1 pie crust.

Note: If you need to bake before adding filling, pierce crust with a fork all over, then bake at 425°F for 20 minutes.
