SOUTHERN FRIED CHICKEN STRIPS | |
2 c. canola oil 4 lb. chicken breasts (boneless and skinless) 3 c. flour 1 tbsp. Lawry's seasoned salt 1 tbsp. garlic powder 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. black pepper Wash and cut chicken into 1-inch strips. Place flour, salt and pepper into plastic Ziploc bag. Add chicken and shake well. Place breaded chicken in frying pan in about 1-inch deep oil. Sprinkle chicken with seasoned salt and garlic powder. Fry for 4 minutes on both sides. Keep turning until golden brown. |
