HAMBURGER CABBAGE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. very lean ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 head cabbage, chopped
1 can condensed tomato soup
Sprinkle of salt, pepper & Mrs. Dash

Brown beef, onion and celery in a non-stick pan. Drain fat as it accumulates. Alternate layers of ground beef mixture and chopped cabbage. Pour undiluted tomato soup over top. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour. Makes 4 servings, about 280 calories each.
