DREW'S SOFT CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES | |
2 sticks (1 cup) butter 3/4 cup granulated sugar 2 1/4 cups flour 3/4 cup dark brown sugar 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. baking soda 1 package instant Vanilla Pudding Mix 2 eggs 1 bag chocolate chips 2 tsp. vanilla extract 1 swirl of honey Melt butter and white sugar under low heat. Mix flour, brown sugar, salt, baking soda, pudding mix in bowl getting lumps out of brown sugar. Pour in butter/sugar mix into bowl with dry ingredients and mix. Add eggs, chips, and a swirl or two of honey around the bowl. Mix thoroughly and place teaspoon-sized rounded drops on cookie sheet. Place in refrigerator for 10 minutes while you preheat oven to 375°F. Bake for 15 minutes and let cool on sheet for at least 20 minutes before removing. Will stay soft for days.
