SOFT CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES 
Great when enjoyed warm with a glass of cold milk!!!

2 cups (4 sticks) butter
1 1/2 cups white sugar
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 (12 oz.) pkg. milk chocolate chips
6 cups all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking soda
6 tsp. hot water

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Cream the butter till soft. Add both sugars and cream together.

Add eggs, vanilla and chocolate chips and mix well.

Add flour and baking soda and hot water and combine everything together to for a dough.

Drop round balls of dough on ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 350°F for about 13 minutes.

Remove from sheet and place on cooling racks.
