STRAWBERRY GRAHAM DESSERT 
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
3 c. fresh berries, sliced or more if desired
3 egg whites
1 c. chopped pecans
36 graham crackers
Whipped cream
Graham cracker crumbs

Combine 1/2 cup sugar and oil. Stir in berries and pecans.

In small bowl beat egg whites, add remaining sugar, beat until stiff. Fold in berry mixture. Cover bottom of 8"x8" pan with 9 crackers. Spread 1/3 mixture over crackers. Repeat 2 more layers. Cover tightly and chill overnight. Spread with whipped cream and sprinkle with cracker crumbs.
