CHICKEN TORTILLA CASSEROLE 
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 stick butter
2 sm. cans diced green chilies
3 cans cream of chicken soup
1/2 can water & 1/2 can milk
1 dozen flour tortillas
1 can chicken or diced up stewed chicken
1 c. cheddar cheese, grated

SAUCE: Brown onion in butter, add soups, water, milk and chilies. Pour a little sauce in the bottom of a 9"x13" baking dish. Alternate quartered tortillas to cover mixture. Repeat in layers. Top with grated cheddar cheese toward the end of the cooking time. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes.
