LINDA'S CHICKEN TORTILLA
CASSEROLE
 
4 lg. chicken breasts, cooked
1 doz. tortillas
1 grated onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 c. chicken stock
1 c. half and half
2 cans green chili sauce
1/2 lb. sharp cheese, grated
Salt and pepper

Cut chicken into small bite size pieces. Cut tortillas into fourths and arrange in buttered casserole dish or long, flat pan, in layers. Mix all liquids with onion and spread over chicken and tortillas. Top with grated cheese and bake at 350 degrees until bubbly.
