CHICKEN TORTILLA CASSEROLE 
3 1/2 lb. hen
1 pkg. soft tortillas
Sharp Cheddar cheese
1 can mild green chili peppers
1 onion
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 can evaporated milk
Salt and pepper, to taste

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Slice soft tortillas into strips, set aside. Grate cheese. Chop peppers and onion into small pieces. Mix together cheese, peppers, onion, soup, milk, salt and pepper. Make 3 layers using tortilla strips and above mixture. Bake in greased casserole dish 30 to 40 minutes.

Serves 12.
