SHRIMP EGG FOO YOUNG | |
1 sm. can cocktail shrimp, drained 2 tbsp. cooking oil 3 eggs 1 c. bean sprouts, drained 1/4 c. chopped celery 1 tbsp. diced onion 1 tbsp. soy sauce Heat oil in large skillet. Beat eggs until thick and lemon colored. Stir in bean sprouts, shrimp, celery, onion and soy sauce. Pour 1/4 cup mixture into skillet; with spatula push egg over patty to form pancake shrimp. When patties are set and golden brown on bottom, turn to brown other side. Serve with hot sauce: 1 tbsp. soy sauce Stir above with: Bring to boil, serve with patties. |
