PORK CHOPS CREAM OF CHICKEN | |
6 pork chops, 3/4 inch thick 1 med. onion, thinly sliced 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed Cream of Chicken soup 1/4 Ketchup 2 to 3 tsp. Worcestershire sauce In skillet brown pork chops on both sides in small amount of hot fat. Season with salt and pepper. Top chops with onion slices. Combine remaining ingredients, pour over chops. Cover. simmer 45 to 60 minutes or until done. Remove pork chops to platter. Spoon sauce over. (Serves 6). |
