BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
8 oz. sharp cheese, grated
1 lb. plain sausage (cooked)

Mix together: 1/2 tsp. dry mustard 1/2 tsp. paprika 10 eggs

Spread half of the grated cheese on the bottom of a well buttered baking dish. Spoon half of the sour cream mixture over cheese, then crumble cooked sausage over this.
