CHEESE CLOUD BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
8 slices bread (crusts removed)
1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese (grated)
2 lbs. sausage, browned and crumbled
7 eggs
2 3/4 c. milk
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt

Cut bread into 1 1/2 inch squares. Place half of bread squares in buttered 13x9 inch casserole. Layer half of cheese on top of bread. Layer half of sausage on top of cheese. Repeat layers of cheese, bread and sausage.

Beat eggs with milk, mustard, and salt. Pour mixture over bread, cheese and sausage. Cover and chill overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Let stand a few minutes before serving.

This is our Christmas classic recipe, we have it every single year and every single person in our family is almost more excited for this delicious dish than we are the presents! I'm excited about finding this variation that is for more servings than the version I normally do, but I'm very aware that the quantities of the ingredients in this dish are somewhat flexible so I have no concerns that they will be off. Thanks!
