HAM LOAF 
1 lb. ground smoked ham
1 1/2 lb. ground pork
2 eggs
1 c. bread crumbs
1 c. milk
1 tsp. salt and pepper

Mix mold in pan. Put on topping and bake at 325 degrees for 2 hours then 1/2 hour with lid off.

TOPPING:

1/4 c. vinegar
1/2 c. water
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 tbsp. dry mustard

Mix altogether and put on top of ham loaf.
