HAM LOAF AND SAUCE 
2 lbs. pork shoulder
1 lb. smoked ham

Grind the above together.

10 crackers (crumbled)
1 can tomato soup
1/2 onion (chopped)
1 egg
Pepper - No salt

Put in cake pan. Bake 2 hours, slow oven.

MUSTARD SAUCE:

1/4 c. prepared mustard
1 scant c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. water
3 egg yolks
1 tbsp. flour

Cook above until thick. Serve warm in a side dish along with ham loaf.
