HAM LOAF WITH PINEAPPLE 
2 lbs. pork ground
1 lb. smoked ham ground
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. corn flakes
1 c. milk

Make into loaf and bake for 2 hours in sauce, basting often.

SAUCE:

2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. mild vinegar
1 tsp. dry mustard

Boil all together for a few minutes and pour over ham loaf. Ten minutes before removing from oven add 1 can crushed pineapple and baste.
