SCALLOPED POTATOES 
4 1/2 c. thinly sliced pared potatoes
2 tsp. salt

SAUCE:

3 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. paprika
1 3/4 c. milk
1/4 lb. Velveeta cheese

Boil sliced potatoes in salt water until almost tender - about 5 minutes. Meanwhile melt butter in saucepan over low heat. Stir in flour, salt, pepper, paprika. Then add milk, cook, stirring constantly until smooth and thickened. Add cheese and stir until smooth. In casserole arrange potatoes. Cover with sauce. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 35 minutes until slightly brown.
