THE PINES BROCCOLI SALAD 
1 lb. broccoli, chopped into 1" pieces
1/2 lb. cauliflower, cut into florets
1 med. onion, diced very fine
3 hard cooked eggs

Cook broccoli and cauliflower in microwave on High about 12 to 14 minutes or until just barely tender. (Be sure to stir halfway through cooking time). (Vegetables may also be cooked on the stove in the conventional way.) Remove immediately and plunge into cold water. Drain well and chill. Combine vegetables and 2 chopped eggs. Mix with dressing. Garnish with remaining egg.

DRESSING:

3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. catsup
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 tsp. bacon bits
2 tsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. dried celery leaf

Combine all ingredients in blender jar. Blend on High until smooth and creamy.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
