3 lb. hamburger or ground venison 2 tsp. liquid smoke 1/2 tsp. garlic powder 1 tsp. mustard seed 1 c. water 1/8 tsp. black pepper 1 tsp. onion powder 3 tbsp. Morton's (Quick Salt) Tender Quick (blue bag) Mix all ingredients and make into 3 rolls. Wrap in foil. Store in refrigerator for 24 hours. Poke holes in foil to let greased drain out. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Take out of foil and cool. Rewrap in clean foil and refrigerate. |
