HOMEMADE SUMMER SAUSAGE 
5 lb. hamburger
4 tbsp. curing salt
2 1/2 tbsp. liquid smoke
2 1/2 tsp. mustard seed
1 scant tsp. garlic powder
2 1/2 tsp. course ground pepper

Mix and knead 5 minutes every day for 4 days. On 4th day, knead and bake 7 hours at 200 degrees.
