HAMBURGER SAUSAGE (Homemade) | |
2 lbs. regular hamburger 1 c. water 2 tsp. liquid smoke 1/8 tsp. pepper 1/4 tsp. garlic powder or juice 1/2 tsp. onion powder 1 tsp. mustard seed 3 tbsp. quick cure (Morton's Tender Quick) Mix together - roll into 3 rolls in foil (dull side out). Let stand 24 hours in refrigerator - punch holes in bottom of each roll. Place on broiler pan (holes side down). Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Cool and refrigerate or freeze. |
