1 (29 oz.) can sliced peaches
1 (2 layer) pkg. yellow cake mix
1 stick butter, sliced over the top

First pour undrained peaches into buttered 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Next sprinkle cake mix over top of the peaches. Then dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes or until light brown. Finally serve warm with ice cream.
