POT ROAST 
1 (2 lb.) sirloin or top round roast
1 lg. onion
1/2 c. water
1/3 c. red wine
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 c. flour
3 cloves garlic
1/4 c. Mazola oil

Stuff roast with garlic then rub roast with salt and pepper well, then flour. Grease bottom of dutch oven with small amount of oil. Brown roast on all sides. Slice onions on top; add water and cook about 30 minutes to the pound if necessary. Add water and wine when needed.
