SPINACH QUICHE 
1 pkg. Stouffer's spinach souffle
2 lg. slightly beaten eggs
3 tbsp. milk
2 tbsp. onion, chopped
1/2 c. sliced mushrooms, drained
3/4 c. cooked crumbled Italian sausage (4 links)
3/4 c. grated Swiss cheese
1 (9 inch) unbaked pie shell

Cook sausage, and onion together until done. In medium bowl, combine spinach, sausage, eggs, onion, mushrooms and grated cheese. Pour mixture in pie shell. Bake at 400 degrees for 40 minutes. Serves 6.
