HASHBROWN QUICHE 
4 sqs. frozen hashbrowns
1/2 c. melted butter

Pie Crust: Press 4 thawed hashbrowns on bottom and sides of 9-inch pie pan. Pour melted butter evenly on hashbrowns. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove from oven.

PIE FILLING:

3 eggs, well beaten
1 c. evaporated milk
1 c. shredded taco cheese
1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 c. shredded ham or ground sausage or chopped spinach

Pie Filling: Mix all the filling ingredients. Pour the filling mixture into pie crust and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until pie filling is solid and light golden brown. Serves 6.
