VEGETABLE QUICHE 
9 inch pie shell
1/2 lb. pork sausage, browned & drained
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli or spinach, thawed & squeezed
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. half & half
1 1/2 tbsp. flour
1/2 med. onion, chopped
1/2 c. sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 c. Monterey Jack cheese

Sprinkle sausage and broccoli or spinach into unbaked pie shell. In blender mix eggs, half and half, flour, a dash of pepper until blended. Add onion and cheese (cut in 1 inch pieces) and process on grind about 6 seconds. Pour into pie shell and bake about 1/2 hour to 45 minutes.
