This was quick and easy. I was surprised how little eggs where put into the recipe but came out just fine!

Here is the lazy/what was in my fridge version:

used "brown and serve" breakfast sausage
used packaged shredded cheddar cheese
used store brand thawed spinach
used canned mushrooms
