1 pkg. Stouffer's spinach souffle, thawed
2 eggs
3 tbsp. milk
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1/2 c. sliced mushrooms, drained
3/4 c. cooked, crumbled bacon, sausage or Italian sausage
3/4 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1 (9 inch) unbaked pie crust

Mix all ingredients thoroughly and spread in pie shell. Bake at 400 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until lightly browned and set.
