QUICK CHOCOLATE MOUSSE 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips (1 c.)
2 eggs
3 tbsp. very strong hot coffee
1-2 tbsp. rum or orange-flavored liqueur, or to taste
3/4 c. scalded milk

Put in blender container. Blend mixture at high speed for 2 minutes. Pour mousse into 4 dessert cups and chill.

Serves 4.
