QUICK CHOCOLATE MOUSSE 
1 c. heavy cream
1 (3 1/2 to 3 3/4 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
2 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. milk
1 tbsp. orange liqueur

Beat cream until soft peaks form and set aside. In a large bowl, prepare pudding according to label; but use only 1 cup milk and add cocoa. Fold whipped cream and liqueur into pudding. Pipe or spoon into serving dishes. Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
