SHEPHERD'S PIE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion
10 oz. frozen peas & carrots
10 3/4 oz.) tomato soup
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. basil
1/8 tsp. pepper
3 c. hot mashed potatoes
1 c. grated cheddar cheese

Crumble meat into 2 quart casserole. Add onion. Microwave on high 5 minutes. Drain. Microwave vegetables in package at high 3 minutes. Stir soup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, basil and pepper into meat mixture while microwaving vegetables. Spread evenly in casserole. Top with vegetables. Spoon mashed potatoes on top. Microwave 6 minutes. Top with cheese; microwave 2 minutes. Let stand 3 minutes before serving.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
