SHEPHERD'S PIE | |
4 lg. potatoes or 8 c. instant potatoes 1 can whole kernel corn 1 lb. ground meat 1 can cream of mushroom soup 5 slices of cheese Brown ground meat and prepare mashed potatoes. Using 2 quart dish, spread ground meat over bottom of dish mixed with cream of mushroom soup, drain corn and spread over mixture of meat and mushroom soup. Then spread mashed potatoes on top. Place the slices of cheese on the mashed potatoes. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake until cheese melts. |
