SHEPHERDS PIE 
5 cooked potatoes, mashed with butter, milk and seasoned with pepper
2 tbsp. oil
1 med. onion, chopped
1 lg. carrot, chopped
1 lb. ground beef
2 tsp. mixed herbs
2 tsp. parsley
2 cans tomato soup

Heat oil, brown onions and carrots, add beef and continue to cook until brown. Add herbs and parsley. Salt to taste. Place in baking dish. Spoon potatoes on top. Bake 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
