1 lb. ground beef 1 can corn 1 can green beans 1 can tomato soup 3 lg. potatoes 1 lb. mild cheese 1/2 c. ketchup Cook ground beef; add corn, beans, ketchup and soup. While the ground beef is cooking, boil the potatoes. Mash the potatoes and grate the cheese. Pour ground beef mixture into a casserole dish. Spread potatoes on top. Cover with grated cheese. Put in oven or microwave long enough to melt the cheese. |
