4 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. Bisquick
2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. coconut

Put in blender and mix. Pour into 9" pie plate and bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes or until custard is set, Bisquick settles to the bottom for crust, custard in middle and coconut comes to the top. Good eating.
