MICROWAVE TANGY BROCCOLI &
CAULIFLOWER CASSEROLE
 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chipped broccoli
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen cauliflower
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 to 2 tsp. onion, minced or garlic powder
1 tsp. prepared mustard
3/4 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated

Place frozen broccoli and cauliflower in a 2-quart microwave safe casserole. Cover. Cook on full power for 10 to 12 minutes or until tender. Drain. In a small bowl combine mayonnaise, onion and mustard. Spread sauce over vegetables. Sprinkle cheese over sauce. Cook covered for 3 to 4 minutes at power level 7 or until cheese is melted.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
