BROCCOLI AND CAULIFLOWER
CASSEROLE
 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen cauliflower
1/2 lb. ripe tomatoes, cut in 1/2" wedges
Salt & pepper
1/4 c. melted butter, divided
1/3 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. grated Swiss cheese
1/4 c. grated cheddar cheese

In a 10" greased pie dish, arrange unthawed broccoli and cauliflower with tomatoes around the edge. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and 1/2 the melted butter. Combine cheeses and crumbs and sprinkle over vegetables. Drizzle with remaining butter. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. 4 to 6 servings.
