BROCCOLI - CAULIFLOWER CASSEROLE | |
1 (10 oz.) bag frozen broccoli 1 (10 oz.) bag frozen cauliflower Cook the above lightly and drain. In a small saucepan melt 2 sticks of butter, to this add 2 tubes of crushed Ritz crackers and brown the crackers. In a 9"x13" pan put the broccoli and cauliflower, add 1 pound of Velveeta cheese, cubed. Spoon the cracker mix over this. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly. |
