BROCCOLI CAULIFLOWER CASSEROLE 
1 bunch broccoli
1 head cauliflower
16 oz. Velveeta, chunked
1 stick butter, melted
2 c. Townhouse crackers, crushed

Clean and cut broccoli and cauliflower into flowerettes, cook until almost done. Drain and pat dry. Place in 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Add chunked Velveeta over top of vegetables. Stir crushed crackers into butter (butter), then spread over top of casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted.
