CREAM PUFFS 
3/4 c. water
1 c. Bisquick
1/4 c. butter
4 eggs

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Heat water and butter to a rolling boil in large saucepan. Add baking mix all at once. Stir vigorously over low heat about 1 1/2 minutes or until mixture forms a ball. Remove from heat. Beat in eggs one at a time. Continue beating until smooth.

Drop dough by rounded tablespoons 2 inches apart, onto aluminum foil covered baking sheet.

Bake 25-30 minutes. Cool. Fill with vanilla pudding or sweetened whipped cream and refrigerate. Makes about 2 dozen.
