TEXAS THREE ALARM CHILI 
1/3 c. chili pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. red pepper
1 tsp. paprika
2 tsp. oregano
2 tbsp. onion and garlic
2 tbsp. mesa flour
8 oz. tomato sauce
16 oz. water
2 lb. cubed meat (your choice)

Brown meat; add tomato sauce and 2 cans of water. Add all dry ingredients except the mesa flour. Simmer covered for 1 hour. Mix mesa flour with warm water to form a thick but flowable paste. Add to mixture and cook for 20 more minutes.
